Man I love Thai food. And when it comes to great Thai food....Thai Island is on the top of my list. It's not a huge place so be prepared to wait a little on the weekends. It's that popular and definitely worth any wait. In fact I would rather wait and have exceptional personal service, than be herded in and out of other huge buffet type places. And Davis Island is so nice and peaceful at night that you'll enjoy eating your food on Thai Island's outside patio. We recommend the Crab Rangoon for an appetizer or the Spring rolls. And for the main courses we ordered 3 or 4 dishes and were impressed with them all. One of the best was the Chinese Fried Rice (sounds weird for a Thai place, but it's awesome). The Pad Thai was awesome as well. The owner even personally greets each table and is attentive to every need. The waitstaff is awesome and never skipped a beat. For a nice quiet Thai food experience...try Thai Island. You won't be disappointed.
