Lou's Total Car Care

This is the worst auto repair shop, I was towed by aaa towing and towed out.I owner should be arrested for thief..

I randomly called Lou's and explained I had a time constraint and asked if they could get the job done in time? I was told yes, that the part would be waiting and to come in right that minute (which I did). When I arrived they said they still needed to go get the part and that I needed to wait! When I asked why they didn't tell me this on the phone before I arrived, they had no response! Lou's auto repair has no respect for people's time! I will never go back!! Terrible customer service!!

I just got back from Lou's this morrning and had to wirte about my experience - I've never taken the time to do this but believe it needs to be done! I took my 2004 Toyota Corolla in with my a/c blowing only hot air and very anxious about the how much it was going to cost to repair. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service I received. I was in at 7:30am and out by 8:20am. with my 2004 Toyota a/c problem repaired for alot less than I was expecting. I mentioned that to the person behind the counter, he said "we would not sell you something you don't need". PS - the waiting area was very clean and comfortable,and had wide screen TV to watch.
