        Davco rocks! Honest, fair, ex...

        Davco rocks! Honest, fair, experienced, personal, friendly, convenient-- I can't say enough. I brought my car to another shop because I heard a grinding noise coming from the rear brakes. That shop told me that my calipers had seized and the brakes pads and rotors were destroyed. They estimated the job at $1,100 for the calipers, brakes, and rotors.



        I called Davco Performance, and Dave (the owner and master technician) told me that the estimate was exorbitant. If I did need calipers, rotors, and brakes, it should cost me several hundred dollars less.



        So I brought the car to Dave, and he disassembled the brakes to be sure of the problem. As it turns out, there was NOTHING wrong with my calipers. I just needed new brakes. Davco Performance saved me around $800 in parts and labor! Dave fixed my car properly at a fair price rather than capitalizing on my ignorance to sell me repairs that I did not need.



        Rather than taking your car to a big, corporate-owned place where you don't know who's working on your car, do your business at Davco, where you can trust the expertise and integrity of a small, family-owned and operated business. And as a bonus, the waiting room is clean and professional, unlike most that I've been to. Enjoy!

        Dave was outstanding in presenting what was wrong with my car and what we needed to pass the NYS inspection. They did a great job and the bill was fair for the amount of work done. Will recommend to all my co-workers since they are also convienient to down town.

        I used Davco Performance a few months ago for a new transmission and they were exceptional from start to finish. Starting with the service of Linda & Dave as they thoroughly explained the options for my truck. I was very pleased with the quality of work and how professional they were. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee on the transmission, which gives me peace of mind. I would use Davco everytime if I needed Engine work on my vehicles...Thanks again Davco
