The Worst attitude and service by phone (or lack of phone service due to hang ups) I have ever had! That DISPATCHER is the most rudest, foul mouthed human being I have ever experienced in my life! I DO NOT recommend this company at all! RUN for your lives and never look back!

The only good thing about this company is that the drivers are nice and try to make up for their rude counterpart in order to keep me and other disgruntled customers coming back. If it weren't for the drivers themselves I would report this company to the BBB!

THE WORST

Worst attitude and service ever. After behind on hold for 15 minutes and apparently hung up on ( on 3 separate occasions), the PM dispatcher, once I got through was the nastiest, most indignant person on the face of the earth. Oh btw, my call was to ensure that they had someone going to the airport to pick up 2 family members. Upon challenging him with the hang ups and rudeness, he "dared me" to cancel the call...I did...went to get them myself...can't say I wanted that to be the outcome, but sure glad I did.....Horrible service, horrible PM dispatcher! Would never use them.
