Marcileno's Pizzeria & Grill

This is the second time I have had your pizza. Both times it didnt disappoint. After I read a previous review I had to go back to see who the manager was! The manager I met was very friendly and personable. Everyone has a bad day once in while, but you dont take it out on your customers.. I cant see this manager (Rae) as being anything but cordial and accommodating. I had to wait for my order and did not see any kind of disrespect the other reviewers mentioned. Getting back to the food--I had to go there to order since I threw the menu from my first visit away. They have an extensive menu..not only pizza but everything from munchies to sliders! I like thin crust pizza and it was just as good as the one I had a week ago!! We had a hand tossed also. Everyone liked the thin crust the best!! We also had the calamari..delicious!!! So, in conclusion you cant believe everything you read here..find out for yourself!! I, for one will be back.. many times!!

I will never EVER patron this establishment ever again. I've put up with a lot of rude people behind the counter, and rude for no apparent reason on top of it. But when I heard what happened with another customer who is my friend, I've decided to ban the restaurant! For life, owners & their employees don't deserve my money and customers don't deserve rude vulgar language and attitude problems. Good by you won't be missed by this family and I will be telling ALL my friends and family WHY I'm never going back to this mediocre establishment.

Let me start by saying I'm only giving one star because there is not an option to give zero!! I ordered a pizza over the phone. I was told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 30 minutes thinking I was late only to find out they didn't even start my pizza yet. So as I am waiting for them to make it AND cook it the lady behind the counter said they have been having issues with their computer and it has been losing orders. I simply said that maybe if it is a recurring problem that they should look into getting that fixed because customers would not be happy. As I'm leaving she says loudly " what a B..tch " I told her if she was going to call a customer a B..tch she should probably wait until they are not in the store. She then says to me and I kid you not " have a nice night F..ck Face" I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out andc tell me I was being punked. I asked to speak to the owner immediately who upon hearing what his manager said to me said NOTHING. No explanation no apologies no attempt to rectify the situation NOTHING!! I am in disbelief that they can treat customers this way and still have customers. Not only will I NEVER go there again I will tell EVERYONE I know to not go there as well.

I enjoy the food they make, however recently I placed an order for delivery, a few moments later I was called back and told they couldn't deliver because their driver's car had broken down. I am amazed that someone else couldn't cover deliveries such as the manager or another employee couldn't be called into work to cover for the delivery driver that was now out of commission. I am disappointed in how everything was handled.

The manager was terrible rude and would not fix the problem. We received the wrong order and he refused to make it right. We will never order from this pizza place again and I would not recommend it for anyone else. The customer is always right is certainly not an idea that is carried by this business...nor is customer satisfaction.

I thought there pizza was really good though they did get the cheese a little to dark it was still good.They might want to take it out 2 minutes sooner.The crust was excellent very paper thin and crisp the sauce was good and sausage like the old days.The garlic bread was superb crisp on the bottom and moist on top with just the right amount of garlic.

The employees seemed polite and the place seemed clean.I will go back again.

ITS TRUE THEY DO HAVE THE BEST PIZZA IN SUSSEX!!!!
