I love the Drs here both ladies are amazing. The one star is more going towards their front office staff. Whenever I call to make an appointment they are extremely rude like I'm an inconvenience even though without the patients they would be out of a job. A few days ago for example, I called to make a payment, she gave me aditude the entire time, and while my payment was waiting to he through she started calling everything restarted and stupid (computers) and talking to her coworkers like she was not on the phone and even cursing! I have never seen this poor of customer service in my life. The Drs would have double the amount of clients of the office staff actually acted respectable and had better customer service. Advice to Drs (get a new team)
