Bow Wow Bath House

I just had my yorkie groomed for the second time at this place. i showed the man upfront AND the groomer a picture of how i like her hair cut. I don't think anyone cared about what i wanted. She looks nothing like what i wanted. I'm embarrassed to take her outside. she looks so ugly. it's way too short to take to another groomer and have fixed. they didn't trim her nose area AND i don't think she was even bathed. her eyes were still dirty when i picked her up...i paid 40 dollars for a TERRIBLE haircut. I could have probably done a better job myself!

I read the reviews and was so glad my instinct was to give it a chance.. My German Shepard "Gunner" went in for his summer cut and bath and .. WOW MY DOG LOOKED AMAZING.. He loved every bit of attention the staff gave to him. The owner was so easy going and so nice, he gave me a great deal for the cut, I didn't feel overcharged and so what it took a few hours my dog got great interaction with other puppies , dogs and people. I was soooooo happy.. I knew I will be back.. Sorry to hear these other people complain about their service.. If I were you , give it a shot., try it.. You might be posting your "love it" review.. . I am glad I did, we just bought a home out here and glad to know Gunner has a new grooming place to call home.. thanks bow wow house of Lake Elsinore ... In my opinion you did an awesome job.. And you made me a customer.. !! Love Moesel Family !!!!

HORRIBLE!!! I will never again visit Bow Wow Bath House again! It was an aweful experience and very unprofessional. I went with my standard poodle and first I was ignored and then went in where I was further ignored by the grooming staff. The dogs are just all running around and when I questioned a little chihuahua that appeared to have a skin condition I was told by the owner to "RELAX!" very rudely. We quickly left this establishment and will never return or recommend them. I will continue my business with Petsmart where they are always very kind, organized and professional.

I've been taking Casper there for 2 years and have always had great service. The people there are the best, very friendly. Casper loves going there to see his friends. Best groomer in town!

This place was horrible today! I took my dog in at 1:30 and they said he'd be ready by around 530/6. So I call at around 6 and they say a couple more hours! What ok, so I wait a little longer and leave my house at 7. Get there at 715 and they still haven't touched him! He was in a cage for over 6 hours untouched! Mind that they close at 7! This is ridiculous because the employee had no care in mind to give me a call to come get my dog!

THE GROOMING MY DOG RECEIVED HERE IS THE BEST HE EVER HAD AND HE STILL SMELLS GOOD AFTER A WEEK

We are pretty new to the area and have to big dogs. To big to bathe at home and not liking to $100.00 grooming fee when we take them to the groomers. The perfect solution? The Bow Wow Bath House. Love it! Love it! Love it! The owners are always there and so helpful with all the "how-to"s of bathing and grooming your own dog. The products available for your use are top notch and leave our dogs clean, soft and without skin reactions or itching. Can't recommend this place enough!! They also have groomers on-site for everything from complete grooming to a quick nail clip for your dog or cat if you choose the self service bathing.
