Horrible customer service. They refused to honor their return policy by saying they don't know how to record the transition. ???!!!!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. In a place where customers come in and spend at least $300 the least you can expect is good customer service. We were not greeted at all upon entrance. There was a girl that had a hijab on that kept leaving the floor to go in the back room and eat and she would come back with a mouth full of food. There was an Indian girl that was rude and kept getting into arguments with her coworker who was a Hispanic woman and was much older than she was. So unprofessional, I can not even begin to describe. I asked for stuff to be wrapped because it was a birthday gift and all they did was throw it in a bag and put tissue papers with it. I then asked for it to be wrapped and they wrapped the box and it looked horrible. I had to ask for the ribbon. I had to beg them to make it look nice. Lastly, the Indian girl threw my bag to me and it fell sideways and she didn't even apologize and she went on to help another customer and didn't even say thank you.
