General Info

We employ only the best drivers and adhere to strict policies and procedures during and after the hiring process. After a lengthy interview we require our professional drivers to complete the following: • Defensive Driving Course (National Safety Council approximately 4 hour course) • First Aid and CPR Course (National Safety Council) • Passenger Sensitivity Training Course (Community Transportation Association of America) • Hands on Wheelchair Securement Course (Community Transportation Association of America 4 hour course) • PASS (Passenger Service and Safety) Certified • HIPAA Compliance Training • Drug, Alcohol, and Driver fitness testing • Pre-employment background check (performed through Stockton Police Department) • We also do an additional background and sex offender check through Occuscreen • OIG (Office of Inspector General) Check for individuals prohibited to work in healthcare • SAM (System for Award Management) Check for individuals prohibited to work in healthcare • DMV’s ENP (employer pull notice program) • DMV 10 year MVR (motor vehicle record) check These are a sample of many things our company does to ensure your patients and or passengers are getting the quality care they have come to expect from a nationally certified transportation vendor. Our vehicles are clean and are on a strict maintenance program for member comfort and safety. We also offer extended hours for those patients who are discharged in the evening or early morning hours.
