If you are interested in reading this whole review, please do so but I will preface this review by stating that this is the absolute worst towing company in the area and, if you value your vehicle at all, I recommend not hiring D&M Towing.

I was in a minor fender bender in a store parking lot. A police officer arrived on the scene though no one was hurt. I called my insurance company, Geico, and they were going to send a tow truck but it would take close to an hour and the police officer didn't want me to leave the car for that long. I agreed to have D&M Towing come because the police officer already had them on the way. Once D&M arrived, they asked for my keys and tried to open the driver side door though it obviously looked bent in and damaged. When it wouldn't open, they got into my car through the passenger side. He started my car and, I'm not sure if he put the car in reverse or if the tow truck started to pull the car back but I told him that he needed to drive forward before reversing or else the entire front bumper would be ripped off causing further damaged. The D&M person yelled at me that my car was already damaged. Should I be responsible for telling someone how to do their job? I then asked him to wait until the police officer came back outside from the store and to turn off my car and give me my keys back. I did not trust their abilities to manuever my car and wanted him out of my property before he caused further damage.

At this point, he suddenly stopped knowing how to speak English and ignored me. I again asked to to turn off the car and wait until the police officer came back but he didn't wait. I'm pretty sure if he had correctly manevered my car out, the headlight wouldn't have come loose. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I walked over to the police car untli the officer came back out of the store. Once he arrived again, he spoke with the two D&M employees. The officer told me that he didn't know what their problem was, that he was sorry he wasn't there when they were pulling my car out and that the towing companies the PD usually sends are good but that this company obviously was a mistake.

To make a long story short, I had my vehicle towed to my home and the towing company would have allowed me to ride along but the police officer wouldn't allow it. Once the police officer dropped me off at home, I wrote D&M a check and stated that I didn't have $180.00 cash on me and, since it was 11:00PM at night, I wasn't going to walk to an ATM and I had no other vehicle. I offered them the option of either taking my check or allowing me to pay their company with my credit card over the phone, though I highly preferred the check as I've previously had my credit card information stolen over the phone. The D&M person threw my check at me and said "I no take your check." I asked to speak with his supervisor on the phone as the payment methods weren't stated on the paper or receipt he gave me. They said they wanted to take my credit card back to their office, swipe it and bring it back to me. HAHAHA. I don't think so!

Once I spoke with his supervisor, she told me that this person doesn't listen and to "not judge" him. I asked her why she would hire someone who did not listen and that all I asked him was to wait for the officer. I told her about the officer's confirmation that their company was offering bad service. The D&M person overheard my conversation. Once the supervisor agreed to take my check as payment, I headed into my home. The D&M person then started cursing at me on his way back to his truck calling me a "B*&^%" and using the F-word repeatedly.

Never hire this company for anything. Steer clear, very clear!
