One star and that's reaching. It cost me $69.99 for an estimate to repair my self cleaning electric range.



The service technician showed up, looked at the range and said that the self cleaning was broken. This was no revelation as this was the reason for the call.



He said that he would call back with an estimate. Many weeks later, I called and was told that I'd get a call back. It never happened.



I've been scammed. I don't believe that they do repairs but simply collect advance money.
