I have a Buick enclave 2010.
This vehicle was bought at vyletel Buick dealership. Since I bought it it had an ongoing problem with steering wheel.
Since 2010 until today dealership service that vehicle multiple times and the same problem kept coming back until I run out of the warranty and they were going to charge me thousands of dollars to address the issue again. today I had The worst experience with buick service department manager Brian.
Because had an ongoing problem sense vehicle was purchased on 2013 I filled out the review from GM. The review was the true experience that I had with the dealership.Today when I went to service the same ongoing problem even though the warranty had expired GM is taking responsibility to take care of the problem.

He was very rude unprofessional and been holding a grunge since 2013 for the review that I wrote. He specifically told me I should not be helped by the dealership because I rode a bad review and he seemed pretty angry and pissed off about that. He stated that he does not care about to help me until I write a good review. I did call the owners son Marshall Vyletel and left a voicemail to call me back and address the unprofessional issue from his service department manager.
I have not heard from him yet !!!!!

The prices are very reasonable and the estimate includes the sale tax, so there is no surprise at cashier window



Unlike other locations, Vyeltel service advisors are very careful in listening to your description of the concern and also very detailed in explaining the repair alternatives after a diagnosis.



I had an issue with the engine check light that VW Fox service in Rochester was not able to address.



Vyeltel professionals were able to diagnose it as a common failure mode and to resolve it rather quickly with parts replaced under warranty.



I really recommend the service in this dealership.
