Alpha Taxi - Airport Shuttle

Do not use this taxi service. From the time I got into the into the car to the time I was dropped off was the worst taxi experience I have ever encountered. On Saturday the 17th I was picked and the driver went the opposite way of my destination which he covered up okay and said he wouldn't charge me for the time wasted. Okay great I'm fine with that first mistake. This is where it gets bad I was in the back seat when he took a call to pick someone else up. Once he got off the phone he looked back at me and said f***ing N*******. When he said it I was like that is not okay. When I called the driver out for his Racal slur he acted as if it were no big deal. I won’t include what happen after that but he ended up striking me and taking my glasses off my face leaving a cut above my eye. This cannot happen in 2014. I feel sorry for the driver and taxi cab service for the their beliefs.

Excellent service! Prompt, professional, clean vehicle and very reasonable rates. The overall best taxi service I have experienced in Macomb county. We will be using Alpha Taxi from now on.
