I'm not writing a rated review because this is new to me. I ordered a Sesame Street Crib Mobile from New Egg, which is a company Bo Toys & Gifts sell their items to. My first order per New Egg was auto-voided by this company. I placed 2 more orders with this company, and on my account with them, it said all orders were being processed. I want to know how this all happened. I was trying to find your company, & got all negative reports that you send out used items instead of the new one that you ordered. I couldn't contact you. I got a voice mail through verizon wireless & not anything about Bo's Toy's etc. There arevthree (3) pending payments for you to process. I only want one of the mobiles, and the other 2 cancelled, which I was told could only be done by you. I will go as far as I have to get this matter resolved because of the message errors I was getting from you. I will write you a great rating if this matter is once resolved. Right now I will give you a star for having what I was looking for. That's it till this is resolved
