If you love being treated with utter disrespect by crabby, annoyed teen employees then this obviously manager-absent Pet Supplies Plus is the place for you! I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw such blatent disrespect and lack of customer service anywhere- The kid I asked about fish was totally annoyed and had the nerve to say "what do you want"? then when I mentioned i wanted to ask someone a few questions about the fish, he responded, "yeah, what do you need?" After I quickly made my selection, he angrily and carelessly scooped up the fish and dumped em in a box spilling water all over the floor. He put em in a bag and in a smug tone said "good luck with those." Then as I approached the checkout register, there was a girl texting on her large pink cellphone who didn't bother looking up at us once, so I cheerfully said "Hi"- Not only did she NOT respond at all to my clearly audiable greeting, but proceeded to angrily grab at my things seeming highly annoyed that I had interrupted her texting session. She seriously didn't say two words to me except to repeat my total. So, I've had it with this place- every time I go in there the employees seem crabby and agitated. And after this last episode, I will never shop here again!
