I was out of state and someone broke one of my windows. I called maybe 12 different window places to fix my window. Many were not interested in the job or couldn't come out to give me a quote until 1-2 days later. I called Jim and he came out right away. He gave me an estimate, which was half of what other people were trying to charge me, and said since it was a standard window he had one in stock. The other so-called "window companies" told me they would have to special order the window and it would take a week or more for it to be delivered. Plus they charged an outrageous amout just to replace a window pane. Jim was courteous. professional and very attentive to my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend him to do business with.
