Walmart - Vision Center

I was going in for an eye exam. The rude woman behind the desk wouldn’t hear why I needed glasses. She just told me there were no openings. Then, when I gave her my vision ins she told me it was health. NO B*TCH THIS IS MY VISION. Then she said ok we don’t accept it. I have never in my life been talked down to like this. The eye Dr, whomever he may be, needs to fire this woman, she is clearly bitter and hates her job. She is the most rude person I’ve is encountered in the 5 years I’ve lived in Houston.

Great service, helpful staff, always meet their commitments on dates for glasses and contacts. Just bought new frames before my prescription expired, LOVE them. Highly recommend this business.
