        Overall

        I used to like this ultra but recently I went in and was going to spend about one hundred dollars.I had a particular foundation in mind so I had to hunt down the sales girl she was visiting with her friend or co worker and she seemed reluctant to help me.I have to wonder if was because my skin is a different color then hers or because I am older than her. She put the foundation on half of my face and she used a hard heavy hand to do it it actually hurt, I didn't say anything and then I was going to buy it but as I walked around I decided no I will go to another ultra another day. That girl probably shouldn't be working with the public.She seems to care more about herself. It will be a very long time before I consider going in that store again. It was the girl that works over by the it line whatever is by that.

        No matter the location, customer service SUCKS! Ulta don't care because I have sent e-mails... I'm starting to think this is their culture.
