Northside Family Physicians

I've been a patient of Dr. Rehmann's since the 90s. I've had more reasons to see him than I care to admit, but I've never been required to wait long, he's always given me plenty of time to learn what's going on that brought me in, and I've always felt as though I was his only patient during the time he was in the examination room. Most of all, Dr. Rehmann is never opposed to considering what I think and always explains his rationale for what he prescribes for treatment. And, when I had a melanoma years ago, he got every bit on the first attempt, but did the prudent follow up incision/biopsy as well. He's more than my doctor, he's a great guy and a real friend!

I was calling to make an appointment for my husband (who is at work and can't call himself) but they would not let me make an appointment for him without speaking with him. The only question they asked me is what insurance we have. Not customer service oriented, and I will not be using this company.

I called after reading some positive reviews about the providers at this facility. I definately agree with the earlier reviewer - that the staff is extremely rude (and they do cut you short on the phone) and they appear to be very busy. Hopefully the doctors are as good as the reviews say they are. Will write about the doctor review when I actually meet with him soon..!

I really enjoy my doctor, but when I call or visit the rest of the staff is always too busy. They cut me short when I talk and rush around like they are trying to meet some impossible deadline. In the mean time, I usually wait about a half hour in the very small waiting room before seeing my doctor. I've just learned to be patient, and bring a book! :)

They are very supportive and amazing. I've been going there with my family for 7 years now and we have never had a problem with them. They are some of the most professional yet casual doctors I've been too.

Very rude when answering the phone. Just looking for a doctor and thought that i was being interogated.

These guys ROCK!!! They really listen, they do care, their support team is AWESOME!! They are cautious, reasonable, and you can trust that they know what they are doing. THOROUGH, COMPASSIONATE, FUN, CARING, INTELLIGENT Staff.
