        Make me sick knowing they treat customers like this.

        Owner Bill Fletch has failed to contact us on a dyson vacuum we sent in in winter of 2013. Till this day he has failed to call back or bother updating us on the service. I have filed a BBB complaint as well and going to saturate spokane of this horrible service. Poor service and work ethics is what kill businesses. AVOID at all cost if you want your vacuum back. Lastly, the vacuum repair industry inst thriving but you would think he would make an effort to keep all customers happy by provide one thing "service". Get out of the service industry BILL. Hand the business to someone that cares.
