He never in 9years was honest with me. Instead he lied so that he could collect the monies from my insurance every 4 mos. for 9 years for costly botox injections. He said there was no other treatment for my condition and I researched on my own and discovered there was another option (medication from a neurologist). I see him 2 times a year and do not suffer the dry eye and facial droop from Dr. Nesi's botox injections. There is some permanent muscle damage on the side of my face that he injected. He lied to me and should suffer some consequences. He is NOT a nice man. My condition is called hemi facial spasms...only 7 people out of 100,000 are diagnosed with this a year. He NEVER told me what I had or that there was anything else I could do for it...even though I asked him numerous times. His answer was "No, I'm sorry". Dr. Nesi is a greedy, disgusting person
