One 7000 Place is located at the intersection of 70th street and 62nd Ave across from the community hospital. Turn into 70th street to access the parking garage. We will validate your parking, up to 2 hours, Monday through Friday. Parking is free on Saturday. If taking the MetroRail, get off at South Miami station. We are walking distance about 1/2 half a mile to the west. Take the elevator to suite PH-K.
