Ted Chaffee DDS

I had my teeth whitened today WOW - they are 5 shades lighter than they were and they are off the chart WHITE. I wanted a brighter smile for my big party that is in a few weeks and Dr Ted Chaffee sure gave it to me. I am so excited about my new smile that I wanted to recommend him to everyone. I have no more coffee teeth:)

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!! Everything about this office is out-dated. The dentist and billing staff are extremely rude! The manager is incompetent and the worst of the bunch (the older lady). I'm never able to get an answer from her- it's like she didn't even hear my questions! Stay far, far away!!! There are better dentists in Simi. Go to the valley if you have to, just don't go here!!

Dr. Chaffee and his staff are amazing! The front office staff is professional , cooperative, and courteous. Dr. Chaffee is an excellent and very honest dentist. He disagreed with the x-rays sent by another dentist, saving me literally thousands of dollars in unneeded dental porcedures! I will return to this office for all my dental needs, and recommend them highly!

The front office staff is very rude, unprofessional and I would not return nor recommend this office.

Dr. Chaffee and his staff continue to provide great service. The treatment Dr provided for my sensitive teeth was amazing! No more sensitivity to cold. Also, the bleaching is much better than anything you can get in a mall, or at the drug store. I highly recommend Dr. Chaffee for any general and cosmetic dentistry.

I HAVE FOUND ALL THE OFFICE PEOPLE TO BE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. SWEENYTODD MUST HAVE HAD SOMEONE ON A BAD DAY. THAT CAN HAPPEN ONCE IN AWHILE. IN PERSON IS BETTER THAN ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE BUSY, THANK GOODNESS, AS I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE.

We have been seeing Ted Chaffee for years. He is a good and caring dentist. Appointments are made easily. He is skillful and is not to proud to refer you to colleagues as necessary for some procedures. His staff is equally caring,

and they will work with you on the best payment options.

The office manager is one of the worst people i've ever met in my life.
