Very Helpful

I find that many places I go these days that the customer seems to be a "glitch" in their day. I do not find that true with Dougs. I LOVE their service. I felt that I was important to them. Even tho they could not answer my question at that moment they got right back to me to tell me they were working on it. THAT was FANTASTIC!! To just be kept in the loop about the process made my day easier. And turned the hassel of a non-working car into a relief that SOMEONE was taking care of it for me.

Thanks for taking the time to care

Doug

Just a customer

20 years ago I met an amazing young man who had a goal of becoming an expert GM mechanic. He started working for a local dealership and attended to every school and training program available in pursuit of his dream. I have followed him through the years, seeking his advise and service on all my automobile needs. Now he has settled at Doug's with a team of people he has trusted, admired and worked with throughout his career. Recently, I was looking to replacxe my vehicle and at his recommendation, was introduced to the sales staff at Doug's. I purchased a pre-owned Tahoe and realized why he was so happy to be working there. Everyone was highly professional and treated me fairly with integrity and honesty. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my automobile needs. I have (and will continue to) recommend Doug's, without reservation, at every opportunity. (Besides, they have awesome pastries for customers in the waiting room.)

We love Doug's

I not only bought my first car over twenty years ago from Doug's... but, my husband and I have purchased our last three cars there. Doug's sales staff treats you like family. Their service department is always willing to go the extra mile. We keep returning to Doug's because they get it right!

Doug's treats you right!

We've purchased our last three vehicles from Doug's. We go back because Doug's staff treats you like family. We always feel like we're getting the best possible deal and know that we'll be taken care of long after our initial purchase.

Cut tire

Pretty much from when my 2006 Cadillac XLR was about a month old I have been periodically getting the message on the drivers information panel stating “low tire pressure RR”. I was at a restaurant last week and somebody came in and asked whose XLR was parked outside, I said it was mine, and they told me there was a cut in the tire. I went out and checked it out and there was a cut on the seam between the sidewall and the tread wall. It looked like a factory flaw to me. When I took the car to the Cadillac dealer, which had changed hands since I purchased the Cadillac, it was Sandberg Cadillac but became Doug's Hummer Cadillac, they said it was my fault and would not listen to me when I explained that it was on the seam and appeared to be a flaw to me. I was then asked if I wanted to purchase a tire at over $484., which of course I needed to, you can't drive around with a cut in the sidewall. I feel that it was leaking air from the start which is why I got the "low air pressure RR" a mon

A Great Service Experience

I wasn't sure about taking my Tahoe to a Cadillac dealer for service but I'm sure glad I did. The people were family style friendly and the service was top notch. I got tied up at the office and they had a young man deliver my vehicle to me and pick up the loaner car they had given me. Calls during the day to keep me up to date on the progress were truly appreciated. I don't know why I worried about going to a Cadillac dealer with my Tahoe because they made me really relax and enjoy what is normally a tedious, at best, experience.

Two Thumbs Up!

I had recently inherited the responsibility of taking care of a 1996 Cadillac ETC with less that 60K miles on it. I had not dealt with Doug's Cadillac/Hummer in the past but have done business with Doug's Mazda before. FYI-My experience at Mazda was great from the sales staff to dealing directly with the GM for a personalized send off. I brought the ETC in for a oil service and 60K checkup and was pleasantly suprised by the covered check in area. I was greeted by a service rep and welcomed into the dealership. I was checked in, given my loaner car, and sent on my way. Before days end I was given a follow up call with the details of my service and when to expect my car to be ready. Unfortunately, the ETC sits for long periods at time and we had a more work to do than expected. But, I'm very glad Doug's did a throrough job and I even happier that I have not had any problems after my 60K service. I am glad to recommend anyone who needs service to go visit Doug's. Pleasant, quick, affordable, convenient. What else could you ask for?
