My wife and myself have basically done hospice work for older and sometimes sick dogs. Giving them a loving home in their final years. Dr. Shelton has done exceptional work on our animals essentially extending their lives in many cases. His diagnostic skills and thoroughness is exceptional.

Absolutely amazing service! I have been a client here for more than 13 years and I would never trust the health of my cats to anyone else. They are prompt, courteous, and very caring. You can clearly see how much they love and respect animals in everything they do. Dr. Shelton and his staff will go out of their way to help your pets when needed. They have done so much for our family - even coming in when the office was closed and giving us huge discounts on medication and care when one of our cats was terminally ill. I cannot express how wonderful Dr Shelton and his staff truly are or how much I appreciate all these years of care they have given our babies.

I was so disappointed when calling this place. I am in town periodically and needed a vet that I could count on in case of any issues with my dogs. When calling (on a Friday) I explained the situation. I was asked if I was only in town on Fridays and then advised that their Fridays were very busy. When I told them no, not just Fridays they asked me how often and for how long I would be in town and if I had records from my hometown vet. (of course I can get them, as they are current on everything)Really? Isn't this all a moot point? (When I am in town, how long I am in town) All I needed was to become established with a local vet in case I needed one while in town. Terrible customer service! Guess they lost a customer and it seems as if they do not even care. I am assuming the person I spoke with does not like her job!
