Shawnee Auto Center charged me for over twice the amount of time the job actually took (at $95 an hour). When I inquired about it the "gentleman" ringing me up immediately became loud and confrontational. He said that this is how they make their money. I understand that shops need to make money but I expect them to be fare and honest about what they charge.

What a great place to have your car repaired at. The Owner Ron is always there to assist. with any questions . They are very professional and do a great job!!

I've recently been taking my car here after repeated trips to a GoodYear where my car would remain to have problems. This staff is completely professional and reliable on the service they do with your car. As a woman also, and the insecurities some might feel at a car repair shop and lack of knowledge at least on my part, i trust them 100% with what they tell me and what needs done. Recently and with the rath of the heat, I took my car in to get my a/c fixed, rather than forcing me to spend an arm and a leg, they told me my options and how long certain tweaks would keep me cold. I am thriled I have a place where I know I am not getting the run around. And while being open on Saturdays, I have found a new place that I will remain a loyal customer.
