Dr. Baker is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They expect the patient to know about all X-Ray types and when they were taken instead of checking with the insurance at the time they agree to make the appointment!! They waited until I took my kids out of school to take for cleaning to tell me they would have to take x-Rays before cleaning and I would have to pay for it out of pocket because previous dentist took x-Rays last year!! When appointment was made, they knew what insurance my kids had and when the cleaning was done and they told me it was okay since cleaning was done over 6 months ago and is due every 6 months!! They should have warned me about X-rays then!! Instead, they waited till I brought my kids in and told me very rudely that it was not their responsibility to check with insurance!!On top of it all,Dr. himself raised his voice in the middle of the waiting room in front of other patients!! I really think he might have came across the table if I had said anything back..
