Where to start!!!



Beware of this attorney! Unless you have unlimited time and unlimited funds, and don't care about results, run the other way! Whether you are the client or you are on the opposing side you will be pretty hard pressed to make any progress.



She criticizes her own client to opposing counsel, complains about her assistant or blames technology, (to name just a few), to explain why things are not complete, phone calls are not returned or paperwork not forwarded. When questioned why commitments she made weren't met, she responds with VERY long nasty and unprofessional emails; emails full of name calling and outrageous and inappropriate nonsense! With all her excuses she reminds me of Klinger in M.A.S.H. If she spent as much effort working the case as she does making excuses and defending her non-actions, the case wouldn’t have dragged out as long as it did.



When she finally did submit her version of asset spreadsheet, verbiage on agreements, and other documents to opposing counsel, they were so full of errors, omissions, typo's (spelling and numbers), made up amounts, and obnoxious claims, it took extensive billing hours to deal with all the errors.

She spends a lot of time fighting over small stuff that costs more in billing hours than what you are actually fighting for. In my opinion, she is the stereotypical version of a divorce lawyer - "stir up disagreement to increase billable hours". In my case, we didn’t make ANY progress at all until we started talking ourselves and left the attorneys out of it. At that point, she checked out, apparently recognizing that the billing spree would soon be over.
