Roosevelt Auto Body Northgate

Needed an oil change on a Friday for the weekend. Called Roosevelt and the receptionist said come on down. I couldn't believe it when the receptionist told me it would be about 20 minutes to complete... even more so it actually did only take about 20 minutes! Nice clean waiting room (with a great magazine selection), receptionist was informative, professional, and overall a charm. The tech that performed my oil change came in to give the receptionist the keys and even he was friendly to me! Got a couple quotes for other services I need (tires, etc) and will definitely be back! Low prices and fast, friendly, knowledgeable service- go with Roosevelt Auto!

I rated this facility a 10 plus and was shocked at how great the customer service was. Most other places are lacking in customer service, but this facility was excellent. The person that worked with me kept calling me every day and kept me in the loop. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

My Corola got hit in the parking lot while I was in the market the other day, and of course I could not find out who it was. The dent they left on my back bumper was pretty noticeable. I looked at different shops, and although they all wanted to charge me the same for the part (i.e. the bumper). Roosevelt Auto was a better deal in terms of labor cost. They did a great job.

Got a big dent on my bumper fixed and a huge dent/scratch on my right front wheel well fixed. It was cheaper than the estimates from my insurance ($712 total) and they fixed it. As a bonus they washed my car! Great job, would definitely go there again....but hopefully wont have to.

This is a world class repair shop. They took care of everything. They handled everything with the insurance company and even fixed some damage that was not related. I would recommend Roosevelt autobody to everyone.
