        Very satisfied.



        I found Branham on CraigsList and asked him clean a place I rented as I moved out. We had very obvious pet stains, foot traffic patterns and the carpet was in my estimation, pretty awful.

        Then came Branham.



        Firstly, he is super courteous, not blasé, boasting or hurried like many of the vendors I have worked with. He was also really helpful in getting a few furnishings moved to an adjoining room so he could reach the unseen portions and do the most professional job. ~ And that he did.

        BRanham was very detailed, and I was surprised how bright and even the carpet was when he finished. My landlord, a total curmudgeon, was also amazed. Win-Win!



        Now, we have hired him to do our 3-floor town home, all carpeted.



        Caution: He charges too little!

        My Advice: Tip generously.
