        Still waiting

        Awful! After calling for services, I waited 2 days to get on their assessment list. Then I waited the 4 hours to have them come to my home. I received a call saying, "sorry, I'm stuck in traffic and will need to reschedule". So I would need to wait another 3 days...are you kidding me? Definitely looking into a more reliable company.
