Overall

Don't even think eating at the...

Don't even think eating at the Zinc Bistro anymore. Give your money to Charity, instead

Food and environment are nice but the service is extremely poor. Last time, I went, the waitress had a poor attitude. When I asked her the reason she was unpleasant with us, she replied " I know my job" Several times, I had to get up and ask for service. I asked her to bring the manager to our table; she ignored our request.

I asked a bus boy if there was a manager on duty at that time; he replied positively. I asked him to send the manager to our table. He/She never showed up.

We saw a young man coming from the kitchen, wearing a cook outfit come to talk to clients (2 young ladies), talk to them for over 30 mn, drink alcohol with them.

Zinc Bistro is a more than 4,000-square foot, New York-style Parisian bistro that features round-marble tables and wicker chairs. Its menu includes a variety of appetizers, salads, side dishes and desserts. The restaurant additionally serves wild king salmon, seared halibut, smoked hanger steaks, roast jidori chicken and Dungeness crabs. Zinc Bistro also offers a selection of wines, such as merlot, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon and sauvignon blanc. It is located in Scottsdale, Ariz., and has a garden patio that is lit by candles during the evening. In addition, the restaurant features an oyster bar that serves oysters, clams, mussels and lobster.
