Arrived t this location for lunch at approximately 1:20 PM, and was immediately seated. Wait staff continually passed our table with no one talking our drink order or acknowledging us. After about 10 minutes noticed two staff members looking at our table. We were ignored for another 8 minutes until the Receptionist came over an apologized for the wait and stated how busy they were. From my view there not more than 30 people in the restaurant. Finally a waitress came to the table and stated, "SHE WAS THERE TO RESCUE OUR TABLE". She brought the wrong drink order, the Receptionist had placed. We decided to leave. Before leaving I contacted the Manager, who came out and inquired about my problem. She was the same individual from the back of the restaurant talking with the other waitress earlier. She already knew what the problem was. Her fake smile let me totally steaming. I informed her that I would be writing a critical review. I am a 70 year old, Black, Retired military veteran and my wife is Mexican American.

Had the clam chowder and stuffed mushrooms, great ,dad had chicken and mom had coconut shrimp. Not too loud, temperature perfect.

Red Lobster is a food chain that operates more than 600 restaurants in the United States and Canada. With a location in Scottsdale, Ariz., it is a seafood establishment that serves steaks, lobster, crab, tuna, scallops and shrimp. It also offers a variety of wines, including pinot noir, chardonnay and fume blanc. Founded in 1968, the restaurant offers food items from its fresh fish, beverage, dessert and specialty LightHouse menus for lunch and dinner. Its menu includes seafood-stuffed flounder, grilled salmon, steamed snow crab legs, sirloin steaks, and garlic-grilled jumbo and coconut shrimp. The restaurant also offers a variety of soups and salads, such as lobster bisque, clam chowder, bayou seafood gumbo, and seafood Caesar and apple-walnut chicken salads. Its desserts include chocolate waves, Fudge Overboard, key lime pies, Apple Overboard and vanilla bean cheesecakes.
