Jodi joined Geriatric Solutions in 2021, after 15 years in various clinical roles at Hospice of the Valley. She was a registered nurse for 21 years before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2020. She is board-certified in adult/gerontology and primary care. She was an active scholar in the Arizona Area Health Education Centers Program and Rural Health Professions Program, and continues to serve as a mentor. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arizona Nurse Practitioners Council and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Jodi is an Arizona State University graduate and has four children.
Family Practice
Tracey joined Geriatric Solutions in 2022. She obtained her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Arizona State University. She is board-certified in family medicine and previously worked as a registered nurse for 12 years in disaster-relief medicine and intensive care. Tracey continues to volunteer with nongovernmental organizations as a private consultant to develop international disaster-relief policies and procedures. Tracey is a member of Sigma Theta Thau, American Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She received her bachelorâ€™s in Biology from Baylor University and her doctorate in Medicine from Royal College of Surgeons in in Dublin, Ireland. She did her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Vermont College of Medicine and her Geriatrics Fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine. Talissa was born in Syracuse, New York, and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We can also coordinate care with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology and nephrology, along with in-home services like podiatry, audiology and optometry.
