These treatments are a form of energy that produces light, heat, magnetic and chemical changes in the skin. This modality may be used during your facial to cleanse the skin follicles, induce muscle relaxation and increases blood circulation. It helps penetrate product and improve overall skin and muscle tone. This treatment is performed on state of the art equipment.
European Facial
Includes all the elements of a European Facial with the addition of a cocoa or raspberry enzyme. An enzyme is not a peel but a higher level of exfoliation than a gommage. An enzyme is a substance that alters the physiological functioning of the skin by dissolving dead skin cells. Used with steam, it prepares the skin for better penetration of all products used subsequently. For all skin types, gentle enough for sensitive, acne and rosacea. The cocoa enzyme is made from real Hershey cocoa, pineapple and papaya enzymes giving the skin a brighter tone.
Facial Peel
Facial peels include all elements of a basic facial with the addition of a cocoa enzyme exfoliant and an acid peel.
Glycolic Peel
Derived from milk this peel increases protein within the skin adding moisture. Will have the same result as a glycolic peel but is not as intense so more treatments are required to achieve the same result. Recommended for dry, sensitive, and rosacea skin types.
Foot Treatment
Melt away stress with a paraffin hand or foot treatment. Paraffin is a fragrance free, food grade wax that when heated is a therapeutic treatment that relaxes muscles, increased blood circulation, soothes joint pain, and softens dry skin.
