Don't bother ordering business cards from this location.. "same day" business cards took almost 2 weeks because they couldn't get it right. HORRIBLE customer service..."Ivory" the manager refused to come out from the back to speak to me ("the only manager on duty"), after her associate, Josephine, locked the door 4 minutes prior to closing. Josephine rolled her eyes at me, laughed and said "have fun on Yelp". Matthew Byrd is supposedly the store manager, but NEVER there when I call or go in. Their Elmsford store is not much better. Never again will I purchase my office supplies or anything else from Staples.
