Dental Examination
The charting system is organized into ten pages that provide easy access everything you need. The initial Overview screen pictured above provides access to the Medical History, the Oral Exam, the Perio Exam, Treatment and Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, Referrals to Specialists, Prescriptions, Lab Cases, and Chart Notes. Each page shows facial and occlusal views of the dentition based on patient age and development with color coded indications for conditions, restorations, and periodontal status.
