Kitchen Remodeling
Tasked with designing a new home in a coastal community, we respected the neighborhood aesthetic by building and designing a one-story home, so as to not overpower other homes in the area. It boasts an open, flowing floor plan and excellent use of the over-sized corner lot, which enabled the owners to have a true indoor-outdoor living experience. The final floor plan encompassed 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in approximately 1,800 square feet, with attention focused on comfortable living. Light woods and wall finishes brought the coastal vibe indoors, while the natural stone in the bathrooms and kitchen softened the spaces with an organic feel. The cabinetry throughout was made of rich walnut, adding warmth and elegance. The exterior stucco was complemented with natural Redwood, native grasses, and succulents.
