Ray Tsuyuki D.D.S.

Going to the endodontist to get a root canal is probably one of the least favorite things most people like having to do. However, I have to admit that Dr. Tsuyki and his staff do an incredible job to make the visit as pleasant as possible. In their lobby, there is a large-screen TV where you can watch the beautiful photographs of ocean life that Mr. T has taken underwater. Stunning pictures! You are met by his extremely friendly staff who pleasantly work with you to do th paperwork. On the day of the root canal, the chair I sat in had a great cushion (and they allowed me to bring a couple of other pillows as well. (OK, so I'm a "wuss"!). Dr. T's assistant asked if I would like a blanket (they keep the office cool so they don't heat up as they work). I told her yes, and then she asked if I would like it warmed!! I said that would be awesome, so she brought me back a warmed blanket! Incredible! There is another wide screen TV back there, where I could watch a National Geographic animal series. All through the dental work, both Mr. T and his assistant constantly checked to see if I was okay, taking a break when I needed to. Not only did I receive a beautiful rose on the first visit, I received another rose on the next day, along with a little "gift packet" of a small water, a chapstick, and a small candy - all wrapped up! I mean, really, what other office does that?! As uncomfortable as getting a root canal is, what I remember most is how well they treated me. Pretty amazing. Kudos to them all! Annette

The thought of having a root canal and not having Nitrous Oxide to calm my nerves caused me a great deal of anxiety but I was prescribed a sedative. I didn't take the pill because I had too much work to do after the Dr's appt. I went through procedure without any problems. Dr. T was gentle, understanding, and described everything he was doing an about how long it would take. I would recommend Dr. T and his team to anyone needing dental help. They are extremely professional and caring about their patients. If you need work done, don't put it off any longer...if I can do this anyone can.

I needed a root canal, so my dentist referred me to Dr. Ray Tsuyuki's office. As you walk into Dr. Tsuyuki's office, you are greeted by a cheerful staff who are ready to assist you. The waiting room is neatly arranged with comfortable chairs, magazines and a well-stocked coffee corner with a Keurig that brings home-style comfort as you wait, which is not long. Dr. Tsuyuki has a calming karma about him that puts you at ease and it feels as if you are talking to a friend. I was surprised to receive a beautiful long-stemmed red rose after my consultation. What a special touch! I chose sedation for this procedure and was not disappointed with the process. The root canal procedure went without a hitch, and...it was painless! Dr. Tsuyuki cares for and comforts his patients throughout the process. His skilled, top-notch team provides professional support as Dr. Tsuyuki works his magic. I will be recommending Dr. Tsuyuki with no hesitation. Thank you very much to Dr. Tsuyuki and his staff for a great experience!
