Watched the owner use a handicap placard when he is not, make delivery and repark again using Handicap space and leave it there when other people need them. When asked he said it was for wife who was behind counter working with no visable walking imparament. Such abuse is so disgusting he had out of state plates which require a change of plates within 30days of moving into our state. He had a rude attiutde when asked as if he was entitled to abuse the Handicap program......never going there to eat/order anything. This is just not right. We have a placard that we use for our mom but we don't abuse it for our personal use. Had to give it 1 star in order to post but not earned.
