Chin-Wah Restaurant

I've been going to Chin-Wah since before I can remember. It is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant around, and I've been to many. The new building seems a lot smaller than the old one (tables are too packed together and hard to maneuver around), however I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes in the evenings. The Phoenix Chicken, egg rolls, paper wrapped chicken, yangchow fried rice, and walnut shrimp are my favorites. My brother recently returned from a 3 week trip to China and says that Chin-Wah's food is very comparable to what they eat there. Chin-Wah is the best!

We have been going for years. The food is lighter than most chinese and has great flavor. Must try the Pheonix Chicken. It's a favorite!

We visit this restaurant regularly. The food is wonderful! Everything seems to be made fresh with quality ingredients. They've recently added some new items to their menu; all very good.

The food is excellent, especially the Phoenix Chicken. It can get busy, so it's good to go before the rush. It's a bit noisy at times, but the prices are quite reasonable.

My husband and I had our first date here 5 years ago. They kindly let us stay and talk late into the evening, so we often find our way back there. Phoenix chicken is a favorite.

For a mid-priced menu, you can't beat Chin Wah. Food is tasty and the service is great!

good food for the price

We have lived in Sandy for over 30 years and have enjoyed going to Chin-Wah's longer than I can remember. The food is outstanding and there's always plenty of it. If you arrive before 5:00 you won't have to wait an hour to be seated. We've recently started to try the take-home option and my married children love it when we show up at their homes with a couple of sacks of dinner. Their take-home has always been ready when they promised it.

This is good Chinese food. The wait on weekends can be long - but worth it.
