Not having the need to frequent this type of store (my older Ryobi 790r rarely requires parts, only gas and oil), I was concerned that a busy ciommercial shop would not be very accomodating to a customer with such small needs as mine. The counter help (forget her name) was not only prompt with her request for assistance, but knew the precise part I required and did not even have to consult a parts list (making her quite knwoledgable to my mind).Will return to this store for the smallest reason.Many thanks,-Very satisfied customer.
