Steve's Custom Shoe Service

Steve does a good job. He is reliable. He doesn't take credit cards, so bring cash or check. He was polite and friendly. No hassles.

I had a couple of purse straps repaired and I was completely satisfied with the work, especially since they looked unfixable to me. Reading the other review here, I wouldn't describe Steve as sugary sweet or anything, but then that kind of over the top customer service usually makes me uncomfortable, so I would say he has pretty much the exact demeanor that I hope people have when I have to buy something from them or pay them for a service. He answered my questions, we were both polite, and he did the job in the time he said he would.
