        Destiny's Precious Gifts originally opened in 2004. We are a family owned and operated business. We first opened our store in Creekbridge shopping Center and closed in April of 2009.  I'm proud to announce we are again opening our doors to the public. Our new location 109 E. Alisal St in Salinas. We specialize in floral arrangements for every ocassion. Weddings, funerals, proms, graduations, 15neras, sweet 16 are our specialties. We also assist you in decorating for your special events. We do calls for your special event planning. If your looking for the perfect gift and your tired of running around, trying to find it, come to Destinys Precious Gifts we customize all our gifts. Therefore, making your gift unique and perfect!         Ordered flowers on 7 May for 13 May. That would be a day before Mother's Day. This place delivered my flowers on 18 May. Better Business Bureau Complaint to follow. Perhaps they should try a new industry because they obviously don't understand the floral industry.

        Called at 10am and asked about ordering a fruit arrangement for the same day. The lady told me to order online, which is what I did. I thought everything was good and called multiple times throughout the day to check the status of the delivery. Got told 3 times that it was out for delivery. On the 3rd time she actually looked into it. She said that the system said delivered. She finally figured out that the arrangement was never made because they require 24hr in advance. She did leave a message that my phone never notified me about, but called 3 times after the voicemail was delivered and they kept giving me false info. They need to get more organized.. TERRIBLE SERVICE

        I would only rate this business HALF a star . I was to receive a birthday arrangement on May 24th and the sender was sent an email confirmation that flowers were delivered. NOT so. The flowers actually arrived May 26th at 8:20 pm. I thought it was a joke at first. The little basket was apparently used, the ribbon was a tied bow of wrinkled ribbon. The flowers were broken, wilted and one could see where many holes were in the oasis where missing flowers had been at one time. I can't believe a florist of any kind would deliver what appeared to be something out of the trash. FTD should be ASHAMED to be represented by this so-called FLORIST.
