this isn't a pepboys or an autozone or advanced. At those big stores you need to give them the specific information of your vehicle or your shooting in the dark. You can walk into this place, place any item down on the counter though, and they will know exactly what it is, whether its for a boat a truck a piece of heavy equipment... these guys are damn good. And chances are they'll have it in stock or if they dont they can get anything you can think of. They're the best of the best in the area bar none. It all comes down to experience and knowledge and these guys have tons of it

I would say the best auto part store in Salem that I've seen. They always seem to have parts that other auto parts folks tell me do not exist. Need something simple, you could go anywhere. Need people who know cars and have parts that no own else want's to carry? Go to Napa Auto Parts. My favorite in Salem.
