We've had a few treatments from Aptive now and they've been very prompt and professional. Larry has been at our house a couple times and he is extremely nice, very thorough, and eager to answer any questions we have. After asking us what pest problems we were experiencing he promptly took care of the house inside and out. He gave us a explanation of what he took care of and to contact them at any time if we had other questions or needed additional service. I would give 0 stars but there is no option. The guy that sold it to us lied about the first service being free and that there is no contract. Then i have had to call ater every service and speak to my technitian because they dont seem to understand that i want the garage sprayed. Horrible customer service.

My Service Pro, Larry arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough. He answered any questions I had I a very courteous manner.

Dustin D was very thorough and polite. We know we can count on him to do the job right! He remembered to close the gate when he left and explained what he was going to do when he arrived.

We purchased our first house and our sales person Cody came by and answered all the questions and was very personable (such much better than the other door to door sales individuals we've been getting). He set us up with all of the services that we requested and Drew has been our service pro for each and every service that we've had so far and he's been great. He answers any and all questions that we have and is very knowledgeable about the products that the company uses. Drew explained what we would see in the coming days; which was confirmed by all of the dead insects. Not only that he reassures us that if we need them to come back out they will be more than happy to, but to date I haven't had to call and that's because when Aptive comes out they do such a good job that we don't require additional applications. Thank you all so much for your attention to detail and also for rewarding your employees; great company!

Larry was at my home to complete my initial service and he was very thorough and very much intelligent when it comes to pests. Whoever trained him needs a huge hug..ive been pest free ever since. Thanks Aptive!
