Amazing Sewer & Drain

Took us for $150. Had inadequate equipment to get the job done & he knew it because he used to work for a major company. Claimed there was a 30-day guarantee on snaking an outside storm drain but wanted more money to come out again 2 weeks later when it backed up again & flooded our basement. We called somebody else instead to do his work over & that's when we found out the thin cable he used was only supposed to be used for indoor work, like a kitchen sink. It was too small to get anything done, that's why the drain backed up again.
