Northwest Missouri Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Had problems with the financial part of the office running my surgery through my medical insurance; they did not check up on it to see if it went through or anything, but instead left it up to my mother to check into. They demanded the money for the procedure be paid up front, all 1,000 of it, and were acting like the doctor would not do the surgery because we could only pay 800 of it. Not only all of this, but, after calling the office, I was told I would not get a new prescription for pain meds--what I was given was NOT working at all. The pain I was having was EXCRUTIATING; I couldn't sleep and I just kept crying. So my mother had to call the office and demand they write me a new script. Would NOT recommend this place, take your money and go elsewhere, save yourself the headache (or excrutiating post-surgery pain).
