St John's RV Park Storage Yard

These reviews are out dated simply not the case. The RV Park is well maintained. Facility cleanliness is ranked high by Good Sams. The WIFI is state of the art and so is the lift station. Never any complaints. All other site reviews are favorable. Come by and visit us and you will be impressed with our courteous staff and well maintained facility.

Avoid this place. It is outdated, unkept and poorly run. They also DO NOT provide refunds! The wi-fi doesn't work consistently; the cable is snowy and very limited. The facilities are way beyond their useful time frame; showers are missing tiles, drains are filthy, hooks are missing and mildew was present. The laundry facility had 2-3 working washers (they were filthy) and one working dryer that was full of lint. The dog run area is expansive albeit unkept; standing water, tall grass and fire ants are everywhere. The lift station on their sewer system absolutely REEKED and permeated much of the area. If you decide to stay, be wary when hooking up to the electrical; the boxes are not maintained and several are held in place with cable ties. And watch for the fire ants: they are everywhere.

We stayed 7 days, which is too many days for the area....but the RV park was neat and clean..but WiFi is very poor, unacceptable and when we ask for help , nobody knows anything about it......
