        Vast Improvement

        Services noticeably improved over last few months. Counter workers apparently more comfortable with customers and developing more identity/rapport with clientele. Pickups are consistently available when promised which is very important to busy clients. Expanded tailoring services will be a positive enhancement for the establishment.

        Hopefully the staff will be able to maintain this level of service and fine-tune it even more.
